Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Prize Draw entry to us. The winners shall be the owners of the email addresses from which the selected winning entries are sent.6. GNM accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by GNM.
7. The Prize Draw closes at 23:59 on 4 April 2015. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
8. 33 winners will be selected based on answering the multiple choice question correctly, and each winner will receive one of the following 33 prizes. Prizes will be allocated by GNM, and it will not be possible to exchange your prize for tickets to a different festival:

9. Only one winner per household. GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in the prize. In particular, GNM accepts no responsibility for the costs incurred by the winner or their guests in relation to: travel to and from the festival site, camping costs or accomodation (if not included in the ticket price), camping equipment, insurance, or any food and drink.
10. The winners will be selected by way of a random draw, with one draw taking place for each of the festivals listed above. Your entry will be entered into the random draw for the festival which you have stated that you want to attend if you answer the question correctly and your entry must have been received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of there being no entries for a particular festival, a further random draw will take place including all entrants and one winner will be selected at random. The draws will be performed or supervised by an individual who is independent of the Promoter and the Prize Draw entrants. The draws will take place on or after 6 April 2015.
11. The winners will be notified by phone or email on or before 13 April 2015 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to GNM within 14 days of being notified of their win, the winner's prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the winner's prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner.
12. The Observer will confirm how each winner will gain access to each festival by two weeks before the first day of the relevant festival.
13. The name and county of the winners can be obtained after 30 April 2015 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Marketing Department (Observer Festivals Prize Draw 2015), Guardian News & Media Limited, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9GU.
14. Some winners may be allocated tickets to festivals which they have not specified as their first choice. Winners should be aware that the prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
15. GNM reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
