BT Yahoo lied to me!

:mad: I am livid.... Bt Yahoo have messed up changing my DD from one bank account to another, and, despite 2 weeks of email and telephone correspondence they still hadn't sorted it out.
Yesterday they managed to cut off my broadband service after assuring me that they had actioned the new DD, of course I only found out after 2pm and the billing dept closed at 1pm. Since then I have spoken to 3 people on the helpline all of whom lied to me and said it wasn't my account problem but a widespread network problem which co-incidentally wasn't mentioned on the service helpline!
Eventually the fourth guy I spoke to told me the truth and said it wouldn't get sorted till Monday, yet here it is working again! I have written a letter and sent it to the BT Billing dept but I wonder if anyone has any ideas about who else to send it too, do you know the name of the chairman of BT anyone? Or how to contact the watchdog for the industry?
Finally anyone got any suggestions for new ISP and providor of 2 telephone lines as I am ready to tell them to remove their equipment from my premises.

Finally got a letter appologising and 3 free months, still changed my home phone to Talk talk and I am cancelling my business line & broadband ASAP!0
