    Not looked yet but is there any way of getting the totally private IAS in the mix. There is no way of getting data as you can with popla and its too closely attached to parking companies.

    Yes. make the point and also add that as they are being so clearly biased towards their PPCs (put the links between Gladstones IPC and IAS in the boxes allowed for free text) that PPCs are deserting the BPA in droves to get biased judgements from the IAS.

    I wish I had made more of this in my submission, so would be pleased if you do in yours. :beer::beer:

    Done and I shone light on the IPC, IAS relationship. Kangaroo court was too light a description!

    The more the merrier and link it to real life examples, even give the weblinks as it is free text.

    Don't forget running a trade association that runs an appeal service where appeals are heard by employees of the trade association who then refuse said appeal and then issue litigation from the same solicitor who owns the whole show.
