No response to my letter of appeal

I received a PCN from Britannia Parking late last year - the car park was in England and the PCN attached to the windscreen of the car.

Following lots of research on this forum, I followed the process suggested - I waited for the NTK to be sent through by post, and then I sent a letter to Britannia appealing, using the template provided as a basis. I also got proof of postage for my appeal letter.

It has now been well over 35 days since I sent the appeal letter and I've had no response from Britannia. I would have expected an acceptance or rejection of the appeal, but I have received neither. What are my next steps?

in reality its 6 years , but the BPA CoP indicates 35 days but the BPA dont enforce it just as they fail to enforce many other issues like not ticketing BLUE BADGE holders

there is no legal time limit other than the small claims track which is 6 years in england and wales, 5 years in scotland
