Using three data when in the Canary Islands?

I have a MIFI with a three 3g sim for my internet. Can I use this in the Canary Islands?
Reading the above link it says yes to calls and mobile broadband.
It's on monthly contract so I'm assuming yes.
Customers on Pay Monthly, Pay As You Go, SIM Only and Mobile Broadband have the freedom to use Feel At Home out of their Three price plan allowance, as long as international roaming is activated*. Calls and texts to non-UK numbers charged at standard roaming rates. Tethering is not included.

I'm trying to get as much information before I call to activate it.
Reading more Spain and the Canary Islands are included from 1st April and data mifi's are included.
