northwest parking enforcement

I have recieved a parking charge notice from the above i had purchased a ticket for a full day at at charge of £6.00 i placed the ticket on the dash and presume it blew over when i closed the door when l left the car. on my return i had a parking charge notice stating i had not clearly displayed the ticket. I have written off to appeal and sent a photo copy of the ticket i had purchased i still have the original. I have recieved a letter back saying my appeal has been unsuccessful as they have photographic evidence my ticket was not clearly displayed. I don't intend paying a penny but just wondered if anyone else has a similar story and what was the outcome.

Unfortunately northwest are members of the IPC so your now have the choice then of ignoring all their threats except real court papers, or appeal to the IPC. This will also be rejected but win or lose it costs the parking company money, and then you go into ignore mode.
