I'm glad you got it sorted. I've had various blood tests before and nothing showed up. Just think thats the way I am, have always been like it. DD is the same, she is 16 but regularly takes herself off to bed at 7, and sleeps for 12 hours (and I make her charge her phone/ipad outside her room, so she really is sleeping!). She is not a night owl at all, and has also had recent blood tests but nothing abnormal.
Good afternoon. Ladyshopper the problem with a blood test is they have to be told what to test for, one blood test was all that was needed for my diagnosis but it took eleven years until one doctor decided to request it, Emmap congratulations hope it happens :TThe person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0 -
Morning (or afternoon, whatever)
Best of luck Emmap, fingers crossed
Korma and flatbread still good, not sure what to do with the flatbreads as I'm off bread temporarily and dh doesn't like garlic (unless he doesn't know there's garlic in what he's eating). I'll see if the in laws want them maybe, but then I think they're where dh gets his garlic phobia from. Oh well, glad to have more Korma to feed my addictionFinal cigarette smoked 02/01/18

Afternoon all. Does the Ts prosecco give a good return still? Might be an idea to stock up on that whilst this 20% is on if so?
I might have cause to indulge in a bottle soon. Had an interview today. Went very well. Was at a company I worked for two years ago. I think it's just a question of when I start rather than if :j
I'm excited but trying not to get my hopes up too much*stares at phone*
:j Did you take some 1p chocolates with you? I'm sure you'll get it and have a blast
I also got some work today in a couple of weeks time. Only for 6 days though but it pays rather well'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -

Good luck with the interview
Thanks FC. Just checked on TS website and it goes back up to £8.99 on Wednesday.
Were we combining with little bottles last time I seem to remember? To get a nice PP but not spend too much on wine overall? Did they stop that? *scratches head*Debt free 6th December 2014

DD definitely had thyroid checked in recent blood tests, as well as iron levels and vitamin b. Her iron is low, but not low enough to be classed as anaemic, but we started iron tablets anyway, along with a multi-vitamin to see if it has helped her, but so far it hasn't. To be fair, its quite nice to have a teenager who isn't arguing to stay up late or wanting to go out partying, 9pm is a late night for her!
I have been checked for thyroid in the past, probably within last 2 years as I had a cyst removed from my neck but prior to them knowing what it was i had thyroid tests done.
Must just be how we are, some people need a lot more sleep than others (am always gobsmacked at people who survive on a few hours sleep and seem fresh as a daisy!).
EMMAP, good luck with the job, hope the phone call comes soon!0 -
Just had an email from Quidco re National trust membership which is 5% at the moment plus a discount code if you get a brand new membership via direct debit.
so I had a look at Topcashback and with them its only 3.3% but they will match - you just need to raise a claim - I send them a copy and past of the Quidco link.
there is no mention of a discount code on Topcashback but clicking on the link takes you to the same page as Qs with the same code in the box ...
I also noticed that they now have a monthly direct debit membership which is excellent if the budget is tight.
Its £8.25 for a couple, £5 for singles and £2.50 for under young adults or for families its £8.67 for 2 adults or £5.42 for one adult plus kids-(this works out the same as annual divided by 12 so no premium) - this is excellent value for money and it pays for itself even if you only make one day out a month.
Hi
I got a random postal leaflet giving 15 months for the price of 12 Don't know if they can be used together0 -
