Re selling at catboots
I doubt you would have to pay tax on Asda bought stuff because you have a receipt to show what you bought. Just like when you sell your own stuff.
You don't have to pay tax on second hand goods which is like the stuff you buy at Asda0 -
Oh no. I normally know when David is joking but not always It was especially difficult when I joined ages ago When he kept referring to the Scots as heathens I was lets say puzzled :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I said earlier in the week that what people do with their purchases is up to them and the consequences of that is also up to them. I do, however, get dismayed when those people encourage others to do what they do without pointing out the possible consequences
Buying stuff to sell....online, at car boots, on eBay....or anywhere else is trading and is treated as income. And as such you should pay tax on it. HMRC are clamping down on it Big time! if you do it and are comfortable with it.....fine.
But don't come on here encoraging people who don't know what the pit falls are to do itthat's just wrong.
Yes I've been laughed at and ridiculed. And I don't mind that but I do wish people would stop telling other people it's okit's only ever ok if you don't get caught
:D
