Tinyshoes, re oil/candle wax spills, try using kitchen roll and gently iron over oil, it warms the oil and excess soaks into the paper, keep repeating until stain lessens!

She kept checking but nothing changed - she claimed the voucher she did get which she will get on Tuesday - she just took it on the chin (she could take back to store and get a refund) Of course she could ring them to see what happened but she wont as it will highlight the issue - you could take them back and say you got the wrong ones ? for the ones that didnt work
