Thanks tweets, she was meant to have heard before the end of March but had to get admissions to chase it up so she was a bit nervous.
Just have to hope she gets the scholarship to help with the extra fees. She will get the undergraduate equivalent of fees paid as NHS funding finally kicks in for 5th year of study.
A lot of people assume medical degrees are funded from the start of the degree like nursing but it's not the case. I know she can't moan as has been entitled to the student loans last four years.
Fingers crossed she gets her scholarship0 -

Thats really great, tiny.myds is on last year of his art at uni and graduation is soon.hes in middle of moving out as he spends more time at gfs and has evening job so is hardly at home, although he chose the uni near home so has been at home for 3 years.we just seem to pass each other every now and again.thought it would be worse than it actually has been, which is good, I suppose.we have had alot of stress with him, mostly in last 2 years so am still scare he will do something daft.you want them to go but you want them to stay so im constantly worried hes making the right choices cos they have to experience the stuff themselves before they believe you were right, and I see him going throu carp and I know what he should do but I have to let him learn.its so hard being a parent, and I didnt realise that you worry about your kids for the rest of their lives, not just up to 18.

I think the worrying gets worse as they get older, life changing things to cause concern and like you say most of them time we have to let them get on with it.
You will love graduation day, my DD1 graduated couple of years ago and it was the most wonderful feeling watching her all gowned up.0 -
