I have just been staring in the door way loads, I think the work men think I am mad. :rotfl:

    It is soooo exciting. :j:j:j

I have floor to ceiling tiles, an absolutely huge mirror one end, a sink with a tap. :T Had neither before. :o

Electrician finished off today so I have shower, lights and an extractor for all the steam. :D

It's all ready for the flooring to go down on Saturday. :T

But can't use the shower until after and the bath and loo won't get fitted until floor down as it's wet room flooring throughout.

I nearly forgot to take a before pic but took a couple as the work started. Hoping to do a finished shot as long as I am not in any reflections. :rotfl:

Sounds like your bathroom will be finished before ours :T:T Ours is being fitted by a husband and wife team - they're fantastic :)

Anyone recommend any good podcasts to listen to, in relation to mind, body, health, exercise type stuff? :)

    TIA
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I don't know really. Maybe I have to wait to build regular clients but I just think the boss doesn't really know how to run this business. She double books all the time and also doesn't allow for travel time so for example one job ends at 1pm and I'm expected to be at the next job for 1pm. I cannot just teleport there instantly  Boss knows I'll be late but doesn't seem to care. If I was the client I wouldn't be happy with this and sometimes they're not but what can I do, I wasn't the one who booked the time :(

I'm thinking of joining a different cleaning company but not sure if they would have similar issues :undecided

Me too and it's getting me down :(
Do you have Bella Casa near you? i do a couple of jobs for them and have been for about 4 years, same day, same time since day 1

    Afternoon gang

    Rant Alert!!!!

As you all know I am a new nanna so in the early hours I found that you could order some baby clothes on the shopping site for c+C/hd.
I duly ordered a pack of three pink sleepsuits in newborn and the same in 0-3...also some plain white socks in 0-0.
When I went to collect my order everything was missing subbed very badly (except Udi!), and the sleepsuits were subbed for some very cheap towelling vests.....
I rejected these and asked why I was not provided with any sleepsuits as we have a large George store attached to the shop.
I went over to the store and there on the rack were the same sleepsuits in all sizes but quite a bit more expensive.
I went back with my paperwork and explained, c+C manager came over, didn't believe me, went to store with me. The lovely SA there told him just as I had, but he refused to let me have the sleepsuits as they were marked at a higher price.
In the end the SA said she would let me have them at that price and do a markdown on them. By this time I was getting a bit teary eyed and after he left she apologised for his attitude, he made me feel like a criminal for pointing it out.......don't think I will be doing many more c+c there again :(
Oh and they didn't sub baby socks as they said they had none, but there were literally hundreds on clip strips all over the baby aisle .

Sorry, not had time to do much this week, been having too much fun with the family..:D

Anyway, if any of you are bored this afternoon there is an offer that could prove profitable if a trigger can be found. Nothing springs out at me yet, but if one could be found..:)

Buy two of these plus an invisible trigger for a fiver and maybe get an apg for £6.36.

I was looking at the wrong one.

I bought 2 of these and one of the Dettol Power & Fresh 1Ltr Mega in PINK (others are on MSM) and it was 3 for £5. Results about 8.20pm
