I am sure it is a GC but can't remember how much for think it might be a tenner. I am sure CoT mentioned it a while back.

Yep it's a £10 gc. I'm not sure who it was that posted a link a while ago, but I remember it was a list of things people didn't know about Asda, and one of them being a £10 gc for out of date products.

I think it is very rude and underhand to refuse to pay. At worst, if something isn't right she could ask you to go over it again. To refuse to pay sounds dishonest. She knew you were there for 4 hours so budgeted for 4 hours payment.

Everyone I know with a cleaner has them the same time each week, I'm puzzled how an agency can be efficient with random bookings.

Just a thought, could it be that Passover is changing requirements for last week and things will become more stable soon?

I don't know really. Maybe I have to wait to build regular clients but I just think the boss doesn't really know how to run this business. She double books all the time and also doesn't allow for travel time so for example one job ends at 1pm and I'm expected to be at the next job for 1pm. I cannot just teleport there instantly  Boss knows I'll be late but doesn't seem to care. If I was the client I wouldn't be happy with this and sometimes they're not but what can I do, I wasn't the one who booked the time :(

I'm thinking of joining a different cleaning company but not sure if they would have similar issues :undecided
