It's like a merry go round... Once you start. It would be nice to stop once in a while.
Last time I had a few vouchers about to expire I combined a few items my mum needed that weren't necessarily cheaper elsewhere I used up my evouchers and mum gave me the cash for her shopping.. It was nice not to have to put in an order to use up expiring vouchers.

I keep extending with the order/cancel trick to extend the vouchers dates but my recent shops have not reduced it. I haven't gone OTT with my ordering either, we just had a run of a few offers (Quality Street and other chocs in December/January and a few washing liquid/tabs offers in quick succession which meant investing cash on a few orders before vouchers were generated to spend on the next shop. Easily done, add in a cautious approach to spending online vouchers and there you have it - a few vouchers to spend.

As I said earlier, even normal shopping (pizza, beer, cereal, toilet rolls, etc) can generate more vouchers so I have to be careful to leave room to claim these (or I would kick myself!).

What if by the time your order is picked and there is none left. I know your still get the voucher from the C&C but are you not better to use the vouchers on the food you want and to use real cash on RTC? so if the bold is out of stock you will get your money back but the voucher will still come the following Tuesday.

If there is none left you'll often get some fun and interesting subs. I always add normal shopping into my shop so that just in case the RTC isn't available, I'll still have a real amount to pay

Unfortunately tho, every time I've refused something, I've not had the refund back....:(. Always just take it on the chin ;)

Contact the store your HD / CC comes from and let them know that the refunds have not been processed. They should then process it for you.

Afternoon all. Hope everyone is well.

Please remind me again if I collected a c&c on Sat and already claimed apg but not had them arrive into account yet am I ok to claim today's c&c apg please..?????!
    Thanks everyone xx

Yes it is ok to claim today's apg. It is not necessary to have received the e-vouchers before you can put in another order or claim other apgs because 3 shops now show on the apg website.

Evening luvlies, been in A&E most of the afternoon with DH's mum. Very dehydrated due to not drinking much at all it turns out! A couple of hours on IV fluids and she looked a whole lot better. Full MOT given which has put all our minds at rest it's nothing worse than a virus.

Strewth, glad your DS is feeling a little better.

I'd never had that happen before, I always got my c&c and hd from the same store although it often doesn't have the RTC items.

I find another store that has loads of the RTC items, and did a c&c there a couple of weeks ago. I rejected the tampax as I was charged full price but the refund never materialised. Wish I'd kept them now as I've just taken it on the chin.

I also now, much prefer Westies approach of taking it back to the store if you can.

Just wanted to say I've had a few problems with my refunds with my ex Netto I collect from. I had to reject most of my non glitchy shop a couple of weeks ago as another customer's milk had leaked all over my shopping in the fridge they use out at the back. I mean covered in it, I literally poured the milk off a tub of cottage cheese and the sa just stood there staring at me when I moaned :o. Had to chase the refund with HO cust serv as didn't materialise after a few days.

I had problems earlier - it appeared to add all my vouchers on its own. I unticked some but when I collected later only one had been applied :(. I spent real money on this order :(.

Never mind - vouchers refunded (Cathedral cheese and Bold still working). I just need to work out a way to cash out as I keep getting vouchers even from normal items so my voucher total remains higher than i would ideally like. I have been rolling them over for months so need to start doing the normal shops with them (what is normal for me, still targeted so still need room for the 10%).

Definitely something funny for me on my order, got the e-vouchers added eventually. Glad you got your e-vouchers refunded :). Thanks too for the heads up on the re-run of Stalker, forgot to thank you earlier
