Just wondering. For hd and c and c , if the total cost of shopping (after evouchers and promotions) is £23.02 but then you refuse a sub that is £4. When u sign, r u signing for the original amount £23.02 and the £4 is refunded separately or minus the £4 too £19.02?

iirc, what you do is accept the whole order and then take the item in question back to the store for a refund. Sure I have read that on here as a better way. Shoot me down if i'm mistaken
