    Mums the word ;)

Mine is all ready and waiting in the fridge for the morning :D
I normally have one once a week, delicious and unhealthy, yet satisfying. Also link sausage, beans and a fried tomato to supply fruit and veg :rotfl:> I have to admit being evil, some friends from other parts have enjoyed haggis and black pudding and a while later I told them about lungs, heart, blood etc :D

Reminds me of the time I played a boxing game on the Wii with OH and his two sons, I knocked lumps out of all 3 of them and won every match :D :rotfl::rotfl:

Did you knock lumps out of them before picking up the controller?
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen

Moderation = no harm :T or very little and we all die at some stage anyway no matter how tea total/healthy/religous/etc

So enjoy life rather than make yourself miserable to get an extra 6 months of miserableness tagged onto the end
