I did a sneaky hand wash transaction tonight. Cola and Strawberry Laces. I think it might work as someone had pre cleared the shelve.

Yes, they need to make sure they draw 2 lines through the APG voucher (avoiding the barcode area) before putting it in their till

    :)

PS good to have you back SSM :D

I do like them using blue pen when they put the two lines through the voucher avoiding the barcode area... black just seems to modern for me! :D:D:D:D

My visit is fleeting.... I need to go AWOL again for a few more weeks x

Nothing to do with timings, as in the time I did the shop.

9.30 Does (checked now) APG £11.56
9.32 Does (checked now) APG £11.56
    9.34 Didn't work (checked at 12.34) Didn't work.
9.37 Does (checked now) APG £11.56

If I had checked all the receipts at the time, none of them would have worked. If I had checked them now all 4 would have worked.

    Evening all.

Personally, I think 12:00 - 13:00 is a risky time to check APGs.

My theory is that they reset the apg database and re-populate it with the new data which takes a little time, therefore a bunch of products are n/a until the data has been loaded.

    Just a theory mind!
