Ok the latest is that customer services say its down to use of APG brought about by this store ,and that they need to talk to store about exactly the problem but they cant understand how so many evouchers were produced from spacific items , They agree no item undamaged were returned so not got under false pretences but still cant understand how they recieved so many? I think i might leave doing a HD or CC for a while

That seems to be a pre-requisite these days

Do you want some advice on what to do if the SA hands you back an unsigned receipt? Or will we wait a while yet?

    Evening sweetie

Yes, they need to make sure they draw 2 lines through the APG voucher (avoiding the barcode area) before putting it in their till

PS good to have you back SSM :D
