Credit card debt advice

Can you advice the best credit card company to move a balance of £1200+ from Capital one as each month I accrue more interest than I pay back (min payment).

    No such thing as best company. You just need one to accept you and give you a credit limit of higher than your current owed amount.

    advise - in the post (advice in the title is correct)

    Well, the best company can exist - if a definition is given of "the best".
    Longest 0%?
    Lowest BT fee?

    Also, as it's disallowd to transfer balances within the same group, this excludes some candidates for "the best".
