The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. 7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. There is one prize of a holiday in the UK mainland for the winner and up to three guests in a Swift Rio 340 Motorhome from Saturday, July 4 to Saturday, July 11, 2015. The prize includes:
• A full tank of fuel;
• An introduction to the motorhome by the dealer;
• A motorhome manoeuvring course (if required);
• Insurance for the week;
• Free access to The Camping and Caravanning Club or The Caravan Club affiliated campsites; and
• £250 in spending money for the winner.
9. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Stays at sites other than those included in Condition 8, above, and fuel in excess of that stated will be at the winner’s own expense.
10. The winner must be able to collect the Swift Rio 340 Motorhome from a Swift dealer nearest to the winner’s home address. The winner must return the motorhome to the same address.
11. The motorhome cannot be taken outside the UK mainland, must be driven on suitable roads and not taken off-road. The named driver must be over 25 years of age and hold a full, current UK driving licence. The prize will be subject to the status of the named driver’s driving licence. If the named driver has points on their licence that were acquired within the last three years there will be a charge may apply. Ability to claim the prize will be dependent on whether the named driver has any disqualifications or penalty fines and the severity and time span of these. A driver with the following code convictions AC, BA, CD, DD, DR, IN, LC, MS, UT, MR and TT or any driver disqualification will not be eligible to be the named driver.
12. Other than where mentioned, the prize does not include towels, bedding or kitchen utensils; travel to or from the pick-up/drop-off point; food and drink; personal expenditure; or incidental costs. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
