Disney Competition Rules
We are offering one (1) winner the opportunity to win a holiday for a family of four to Florida!
We are also offering five (5) second place winners a Disney infinity Bundle (details TBC) each.
How to enter: Login to your Disney account or register to enter and answer a multiple
choice question correctly to be in with a chance of winning.
Start Date: 26th March 2015 at 0900 GMT
Closing Date: 17th May 2015 at 1600 GMT
Entry Restrictions: Restricted to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland. You must be 18+
to enter this competition.
Prize Details: One (1) first place winner will win the following:
• A holiday to Orlando Florida for a family of four (4) (two adults and
two children) (“the Family”). The holiday includes:
o Return economy flights (including taxes) for the Family from
regional UK airport to Orlando
o UK transfers to and from the regional airport
o Transfers to and from Orlando airport and hotel
o Five nights/six days accommodation in one family room in
The Port Orleans Hotel with breakfast included.
o Free shuttles for the Family each day to all Disney Theme
Parks
o Five day Hopper Pass for the Family to All Disney Theme
Parks & Water Parks
o Character Dining Experience for the Family at Cinderella’s
Royal Table for either one lunch OR one dinner
o Travel insurance for the Family
o The flights and holiday booking are subject to availability and
restrictions imposed by the hotel and/or the airlines or other
carriers. Dates in peak holiday periods may not be available.
This includes peak Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays.
The Family must travel at the same time on the same routing.
Disney cannot be responsible for unforeseen cancellations of
flights or other travel arrangements.
o Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements
listed (e.g food, drinks, transport, telephone charges, room
service, laundry service, optional excursions, tips, souvenirs
and any other incidental expenses) will be at the Family’s own
expense
o Each member of the Family must have (at the time of travel) a
valid passport for at least 6 months after arrival and all
necessary visas ESTA forms or other required documentation
to comply with applicable immigration or other travel
regulations.
o Any children in the group must be accompanied by a parent or
Legal guardian.
o In the event the winner is requested to provide preferred travel
dates Disney or its travel agent will look to accommodate such
dates but cannot guarantee that the winner's preferences will be
available. Once confirmed the winner and their guests are
subject to the travel conditions of the train company/airline or
other carrier.
The late arrival of the Family may mean that their seats or
tickets will be reallocated. The winner should make sure that
they and their guests are on time.
o If a family with additional children wins the main prize, the
opportunity to pay at cost price for the additional flight and
hotel space is available.
Five (5) second place winners will each receive the following:
o One (1) X Box One console
o One (1) Disney Infinity, Disney Originals Starter Pack.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries received by
Disney. Winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 14 days
of the competition Closing Date.
Prize Fulfilment: First place winner must take up the prize within 12 months of the date of
prize acceptance. Runner up prize winners will receive their prize within 28
days of prize acceptance.
Disney will pass on the winner’s details to DJP who will be responsible for
working with the winner to arrange the First Prize. Disney will pass on
runner up details to (TBC) who will be responsible for fulfilling runners-up
prizes.
