Looks like TT have finally gotten with the times. Previously (as in a year or so ago) they would not at all entertain any customer change to the DD date.
There used to be loads of complaints on the TT forum about TT changing (reducing) their DD notice period, which changed the DD date as the DD date was based on the billing cycle plus notice period; for some people this meant the DD was taken before their pay went in so there was no money to cover it.
(Just to give the reasoning behind my previous post).0
