One thing is that if he's preparing packs which basically have the same 'standard' information in, if he could set templates up where all the spellings have been checked and found correct, then that should save time in the future. I don't know if MS Word still calls it 'boilerplate paragraphs' but I think that's what it used to be called.
Mind you, it's not perfect ... solicitors use this technique a lot, and eg if they're writing mirror wills they can fail to change the names everywhere they should, and leave 'his' when it should be 'her' and vice versa.Signature removed for peace of mind0
