Parking eye Appeal Aire street Leeds; POPLA Help needed

Hi guys.
I had a ticket at Leeds entering car park on Wednesday night at 5.51pm .
I waited in my car so a group.of youth who were hooded up went before I pay.
realising upon the machine I didn't have to.pay after 6pm.
now.parking fine wants to.invoice me for 9 minutes approximately £75.00
I wrote an appeal from Using templates from here. But was.rejected
Now I have POPLA Reference. And I am.stuck.

guys I need your help. I can.not afford this payment as Having little children it just a struggle.to.put.food.on the table.

Your mitigating reasons will cut no iice with the PPC. The NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of the forum plus the POPLA DECISIONS thread will give you all the information that you need for a POPLA appeal.

Just put a bit of research in and you will find what you need.

The reason I have a PCN is because I thought i didnt have to pay after 6pm either - due to the terrible tariff signage....I paid past 6pm and still hit with a PCN....Hope you won at POPLA.
