CCJ on credit report that is not mine

I checked my credit report and it said I had a CCJ against mu name after tracing it back I have found it is not mine but my fathers as we have the same name. I have been refused several credit for no reason along with mortgage do I have a claim against the solicitor who filed for the CCJ?

You can contact the CRAs to remove it from your file.
They may have got it against the right person, but CRA screwed up and attached it to the wrong file.:beer:0 -

Suggest you sue your father.
