I went in tesco today to put my form in fora repeat perscription.
When I gave her the form she told me that they weren't accepting them unless you were with the doctors across the road.
When I told here I was with the doctors 1/2 down the road she said that they didn't have time to go and get them they were only using the repeat service for the doctors across the road.

So if you are not on the door step you can get them to get your repeats.

by the way I have just been on the deals part.
do you know you can now buy a car from motorpoint.
A car I mean I will be totally broke now trying to do that.
I am already up to my eyes in johnsons baby powder and moisturising cream.

I am totally new to this TESCO forum.
I don’t know how the system works I never have use TESCO for home delivery and frankly I do not understand the most of the postings in this forum.
My other half is working for TESCO and insofar we were always getting by her 10% discount on the checkout desk.
From what I gather, there are many more profitable deals out there, on top of her 10% discount.

Is there a step by step TESCO guide for dummies like us?

Just used the £10 wine code on sparkling perry so 6 bottles for 72p, and then the £15 off a £50 spend on £45 of wine (it counts the delivery charge in the total, then removes it), so 24 bottles for £1.60ish each, hurrah!

It only cost me £11.10 for a 12 month subs. and they deliver to his door. I have just checked my online account, thanks to details on this forum I know now how to. It says I have 3172 points yet my latest receipt from 3/11 says 10022 total up to 1/11.

I do not understand why these two totals are so different. I would have thought both would say the same. Any ideas?

That is because Tesco have now converted your points to vouchers for the last quarter, those that you had earned up to 21/10. So your new balance shows the points you have earned since that date and carried over to this quarter.

Does anyone know of an email address to complain to Tesco as they have called twice now to inform me that their system has crashed and I will have to re-order.

With 2 hours notice that means all the slots are gone for today, it's shocking!!

I ordered chessington vouchers a few months ago and I haven't used them. Can I return them to Tesco and have the points re-credited? I am loathe to ring them because I have two clubcards and my husband has two and unfortunately I cannot remember which account I ordered them from - I don't think there's any way of checking? Many thanks !

A quick question re. Johnson 100 Extra points offer. Do you actually get the 100 points per single product or is 100 the maximum you get. In other words, if I order 5 products will I get 500 points?
