Hi, I've just discovered the art of Boots points and now want to try my hand at Tesco - looking to get enough points to pay for a holiday to Florida next year (is this feasible??)

I've just placed my first order on Tesco.com and spent £57.06 on goods and used a 750 points code for placing first order and also ordered 5 of Tesco Christmas items to qualify for an extra 500 points - making a total of 1250 points - worth £50.00 in deals right? Maths was never my stong point, but I'm working on it!!

My first question is that I tried to use a money off code in conjunction with my free points code as the internet seemed to suggest I could use more than one code. It wouldn't accept the second code. Do I assume that you can't use money off codes as well as extra points codes at the same time???

Hi,Well done for your first Tesco order,it is feasible to make enough points for your Florida holiday but codes are in short supply at the moment.Hopefully they will improve after xmas and if you are a Wine drinker you can boost your points on the wine department as well.Your asumption is correct money off codes can not usually be used with extra points ones.

I'm quite excited, although I'm not a big wine drinker, although I guess that could soon change if there's extra points to be had!
