Massive water bill

Thank you however, having not rented before and coming from a country with no water rates I was unaware there were water bills. As I have said had I known this would not be a problem. I asked for the utilities companies details so I could switch to be advised that all bills I needed to pay would be transferred by the landlord. Which with electricity gas a direct tax etc did happen.0 -

I believe Norn Ireland has no separate water ratesI am not a cat (But my friend is)0
