Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase or payment is necessary to win.
2. Entries for this competition are permitted via The Blakeney Cottage Company Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/TheBlakeneyCottageCo).
3. To enter you must be a Facebook user who is at least 18 years of age and resides within the UK.
4. Only 1 entry is allowed per person. Entries received via agents/third parties or submitted using multiple Facebook accounts are not permitted.
5. To enter via Facebook you must fill out the submission form in the competition app on The Blakeney Cottage Company Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/TheBlakeneyCottageCo).
6. Competition excludes employees of The Blakeney Cottage Company, their families or agencies.
7. The competition starts on 26/03/2015 at 10:30am and closes on 9/04/2015 at 10:30am.

9. The Joules vouchers expire on 6th June 2015 and you can only redeem them in-store.
10. The 3 night stay at The Dingle cottage is subject to availability. The stay must be within low or mid-season and outside of the school holiday period. The Dingle is a non-smoking cottage. Up to 2 dogs are permitted at a small additional charge. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
11. The first night of the stay must be a Friday or Monday. The stay includes an additional night if booking starts on a Monday.
12. The prize can only be claimed by a UK resident.
13. The winner will be drawn at random using the submitted email addresses from Facebook once the competition has ended. Entries are only valid if they are completed correctly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The judge’s (The Blakeney Cottage Company) decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by The Blakeney Cottage Company for entries which The Blakeney Cottage Company does not receive. The Blakeney Cottage Company shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
15. The winner's name (at The Blakeney Cottage Company’s absolute and sole discretion) will be announced on Facebook after 10:30am on 9/04/2015.
16. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form within 48 hours of the competition closing date.
17. In order to receive the prize, the winners are required to provide The Blakeney Cottage Company with their full name and telephone number. Should a winner not acknowledge receipt of their win and provide their full name and telephone number within 7 days of receiving notice from The Blakeney Cottage Company that they have won the prize, we reserve the right to re-issue the prize to another entrant selected at random from all remaining valid entries.
18. The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
