How Do I Enforce my Right to a Refund
Comments
-
I placed the order on the go-sim website but it was delivered by, returned to & vat charged by a UK registered company - ekit.com - so I assume UK law applies. Their customer services who I have been dealing with by email are based abroad & are very inept thinking they can impose their own terms & conditions. However as already stated, ekit has made a refund but deducted their p&p charges which I am disputing.0
