Popped into a Reading Boots yesterday as I was visiting friends, (went to the big one by Junction 12 M4, near Savercentre) and there were 2 big shelves of clearance items. I got lots of shower gels (Sanex, Nutralia, Palmolive Aromatherapy and Original Source) for 50p each. Also a few tubs of Mediterranean body scrubs for 25p each. There was quite alot of stuff left as of 5pm yesterday.

Then went to Croydon Whitgift Boots today and got various Karmatherapy bits....bath oil, bath milk etc...for 50p each. There is only one shelf of reduced items there (that I could see anyway) and it is getting a bit manky with spilt stuff, ripped open packets....so not really worth a special trip.

And I know its not Boots, but Whitgift Superdrug have Nicky Clarke 'Sweet like chocolate' shampoo for 49p, I think its usually about a fiver??, and it smells gorgeous!!

Yay! I FINALLY got the Time Delay stuff for £1 with the two vouchers at Leeds Bond Street after going to a young male SA.

I also used a voucher out of the ACM which gives a free box of blades (normally about a fiver, I think) with every purchase of a Soleil Clic razor. As my sister uses that razor and raves about it, I thought I'd give it a go - unfortunately, at the till the voucher didn't work. The SA checked it and agreed that it should be working, but not one of the nine cashiers on the nearby tills had an override key. I'm sure in my early Bootsing days EVERY cashier was able to override things? Weird - maybe they're cracking down on it.

Anyway, he was very nice and just voided the blades so I basically got them free, which was great as I was worrying a manager would come over and see that I'd used the two vouchers on the Time Delay stuff! Why can't all SAs be as nice and helpful as that?! It's not like they're personally losing anything! :rolleyes:

Thanks I have just done my first boots order online and got heaps of points plus a bargin booster seat which I really needed. I think the Moisure Drench lipstick is now sold out.

Points are correct £20 would get you 80 points and triple will get 240 points so 239 is right

£19 total spend (only whole ££ counted) x12 points = 228 points

you seem to have an extra 11 points from somewhere!

19.99 gets you 79.96 points and x3 is 239.88 so 239 is correct
