That's lucky, the Manager in Beckton refused to budge, even when told him that one of his SA's had told me the further reduction applied to everything. He then asked his SA who blatantly lied. I was really annoyed and went back to the Manager before leaving the store saying that I had felt vindicated as it looked like I was lying and the SA had told the truth when he hadn't. I told him that I was a regular customer blahblah. He lightly apologised but there was no remorse or anything. I told him I had bought some of the stuff anyway, but when you have two kids under 6 see mummy put things back on the shelf after being told they can have them, it's not very nice!

I can't believe how bad some of the SA's and managers can be! What happened to the customer always being right!? I'd be tempted to complain - especially if the SA had lied to get herself out of trouble!

Hi everyone! Just wondering if anybody knows of any stores that still have the No7 GWP in stock? I purchased some p+p and moisturiser (thanks to Orchid for the voucher!) but they had run out of free gifts.... ? Really disappointed as I really liked this one!

I'm in Nottinghamshire. I was hoping to be able to pop in somewhere tonight and pick one up, I dont think I'm going to have much luck though!!
  • I had a fab trip to the Ricoh store in Cov yesterday.

Purchase 1 - Memory Card £3, 2x Soltan kids suncream giant bottle @ £1 each, pack of 4 razor bladees for OH 10p, Glitterbabes alarm clock £1 and patterened tights for 50p. Total spend £6.60 points gained 776 and £5 skincare voucher.

Purchase 2 - Memory Card for £3 used 500 pt voucher but gave me 762 points

Purchase 3 another memory card for £ again used 500 pt voucher but came away with 762 points.

There was loads of Soltan and Piz Bruin sun cream reduced as well as some more memory cards but ATM would not let me print anymore of 500point vouchers off, and about a hundred Spa soap sets reduced to 30p.:j

  • Nothing really of any interest as such - I had a good look! And shelves were cleared of anything under £5 on the skincare vouchers.

Chelmer Village had those Spa soaps down to 50p but that was the only real bargain. They were well stocked other than TD face wipes on Skincare too.

Cerenia I'll have a look tomorrow @ Pucca for you. Do they do the ROC GWP set there? Haven't seen it anywhere yet.

Nope, no joy. Nor does Lakeside, Leytonstone, stratford, ilford, loughton, debden, romford brewery (then again most of those are smaller branches) But thankyou for looking, they were on the far end shelf right by the photo counter (best place for vouchers, they've been good with me there)

I've been to two boots today and there was nothing left in the time delay!! :( everything had sold out on the shelf.. going to try another one just now to see again.

i asked earlier about returning something without a receipt.. value was £100 approx and i was told i couldnt get a gift card i had to purchase something else with the money :( i hadnt prepared for this as i hadnt thought about what to get but i managed to find something... Not sure this is correct policy though or whether the SA took a dislike to me taking something back this price without receipt.. (it was an unwanted gift).

this has been the refund policy for a while now no receipt then exchange only even if it is faulty
