i have passed the initial check and got the AIP for the new amount i need to borrow.

It has been with Natwest as they are happy to consider 100% of my bonus.

All the documents required from me have been sent now.....

Natwest was a good shout by your broker.

Agreed. A third of our household income is unconventional (bonuses, shares, overtime etc) and NatWest were fine with it at 100% of the value. Thank goodness!!

Have a look on the NatWest timescales thread to give you an idea of how long things are likely to take now. Frustratingly they've a bit of a backlog right now it seems so they're taking a little longer than usual.

Hi have received this from my broker:

"Your application got pulled for an audit, whichthey do for 10% of cases. You passed the audit check and your case has goneback in the queue for an underwriter to assess. They now expect a decision inthe early part of next week"

Is that good? Bad? or the audit has caused just a delay in the process?

Sounds like just a delay :(

Shall i consider as positive that i passed the audit check? or, is it just irrelevant?

In what world could it be negative or irrelevant to pass an audit check?

I vote for irrelevant. Since it was done pre-underwriting I suspect they were just checking for fraud etc
