7DAYSHOP.COM Anyone else NO REVIEWS published ?

Hi just wondered if anyone else has had problems with items returned .
Recently returned faulty LED bulb, packed ok but on testing did not work so returned Post Free , fairly long time over a week to get reply from 7 Days but eventually had email response with full refund back to Pay-pal GREAT.
Although I had asked for replacement item, they also asked me to complete a review their product request, which was completed suggesting this was a poor item not working when tested. so annoying that their excuse was it was out of stock, could have been true, so strange my review was never added, perhaps only the good ones get through ?

Never looked at reviews as never had any problems with them.

Actually, the point of reviews is that you look at them before you buy, so never having had a problem with them is pretty much irrelevant.

Only reading reviews after a problem must be one of the beast examples of closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.

There are very strict moderation rules to product reviews which are always slanted in the companies favour. Therefore it doesn't take much for a company to reject a review.

I have been using 7 Day for many years and have given both good and bad reviews of the items I have bought. To date {and I do check to see if my reviews are posted} not one has been rejected. I always give a truthful review as I hope it would help others buying the same items. One or two things over the years have been faulty or have not arrived but I have found the company has either replaced or refunded each time.
IMHO it is one company that gives a great service and with prices {and with memory cards/memory stick no fakes} at prices I would find hard if not impossible to get on the mainland.

Fair point but my argument is that there may have been a batch fault with this item as they could not send replacement, also my other point of NO review found from me , why ? :beer:

7dayshop have been on the mainland for years, although they do have a warehouse outside of the eu as a new way of tax dodging.

I agree, perhaps I should have stated other suppliers on the mainland not just putting it the way I did.

I suspect the 7 day shop found the LED's that they had brought were fakes, which is why you could not buy any more. Unless you can find a reputable brand of LED's bulb don't buy.
