help with strange title bars! please?

in Techie Stuff
never had this before!I am getting 'sort of pop ups' but just the top title bar
Have run macafee super antispyware and spybot but no joy in getting rid
I have also had probs with explorer crashing and after its done that a few times pc then crashes:mad:
dont know if its all conected
I run xp

youd need to download a better spyware or adware remover.
also nod32 should get rid of the virus.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives

Best and easiest thing is to not use IE and opt for Firefox instead. I used to get the same problems and finally gave up on IE I have been on here since 1993 and whan IE came in I thought it was great but its got worse and worse over the years"INSIDE EVERY OLDIE IS A YOUNGSTER, WONDERING,"WHERE THE F*** DID LIFE GO?""0

they are not proper pop ups
just the title bars and a lot of them are for prize draws?
I found nod32 to download but it says I have to uninstall all other virus progs which I am a bit reluctant to do. mainly because its such a hassel to reinstall with all the up dates!:money: <<<< MY HERO!0 -
