Mother-in-law has warned me :j and asked me to pass it on to this site.
MS/Goldfish have charged her interest last month 22p and this month 23p for a cash advance she has not received. It seems that they are charging daily interest on the £20 annual fee which they apply to the account, as if it is a cash withdrawal.
The very nice man in customer service, who she spoke to yesterday, let it slip that she had noticed a major !!!!-up on their part and that this had possibly happened to all of their customers. Please look out for this error, if you dont notice it, and some may not at only 22p, but 22p times by thousands of customers is a healthy profit for goldfish!:eek:
