Will they ever give up??

So, I posted on here last year as I received a PCN from UK Parking Patrol Office a month after the alleged offence. I did appeal (albeit a bit later than I should have done), I have never received a reply from them but have had numerous letters from Debt Recovery Plus which I was advised to ignore. Recently I have started to receive letters from Zenith offering for me to pay at a reduced rate, then I received one from them telling me of their intention to commence legal proceedings. What do I do? Should I write to them and say I have appealed against this? Or should I write again to the issuers of the PCN? I really can't afford to go to court and pay this nor can I afford, or want to pay this PCN. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you.

Thanks Redx, I thought that would be the reply, but it just got a bit scary with the Notice of Intention To Commence Legal Proceedings. Thank you for the reassurance.0

We may think about considering intending to recommend the option of court action.
That's what their words boil down to.0 -

Itll get worse. You may receive a letter stating that they may intend to recommend the intention of recommending intent to intend to recommend proceedings. Scary but true.....(not)0

Boring letter chain we've ignored for a decade. Why new threads, ever, about this letter chain when a forum search of any keyword would fin THOUSANDS of thread about that letter already.
Try ''DRP Litigation Legal proceedings'' as keywords, or something else, like ''Zenith DRP'' in 'search this forum' (NOT one of the tabs and not a search of the entire MSE site, not the search box at the top right - NOT that box). See what you find...
Search this forum is above the sticky threads level with the blue 'new thread' button, next to 'forum tools' back on the first page now. Not here.
Also when you get each tedious letter, just Google a phrase from it...boring boring stuff. Yawn! Seriously, file them, we've all been there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
