News windows, New central heating, New Kitchen, New Bathroom, Landscaping, Re skim entire house, New roof...........and they managed to stay just under their £2000 budget......20 plus years as a mortgage adviser for Halifax (have now retired), and I have pretty much seen it all....:D0
