Hi There Ive Looked Through Every Message And I Cant Find What Im Looking For I Was Wondering If You Can Help Me I Had Asked My Bank For All My Charges Back And They Gave Me £750 But Im On Incap Benefit And Wondered If I Could Clame All The Money That The Bank Took Of Me For The Last 5 Years while Ive Been On My Benefits

I don't think they are processing any reclaimed charges applications until after the court case, but being on benefits wouldn't affect what the bank gave you back.
There is a forum dedicated to bank charges, and you might be better asking on there.
