oh dear i've been pressing buttons

in Techie Stuff
can't remember what i did but want to do a system restore but i just get a white box!!did try removing some programs but done this before and i usually restore if i run into probs - and now i cant do it.thanks in advance for your help

Can you post a screenshot of the whitebox thing please.
What is the problem?... may be able to sort it out and get away without the need of a restore0 -

yes - white box when i press system restore from program list!
