transferred parking ticket.

Apologies if already posted.
My newly qualified son has parked in an NPC car park and I have received a notification from parking eye to pay £60. I am the registered owner.
A friend of his was just leaving and handed him his ticket which had 4 hours left on it.
Have I any chance of appealing or should I just pay it for him?
Any help much appreciated.

it can be appealed but not due to the circumstances due to the ticket not being transferable

please read the NEWBIES sticky thread about appealing (top of this forum)

Same as all private parking tickets - the only difference occurs if it's not a BPA firm but an IPC lot instead. Do you mean NCP? If not, what do the initials NPC stand for? Please read the NEWBIES Thread anyway as stage 1 appeal is the same for all in terms of wording - sometimes it differs as to when we'd recommend you appeal. That's also explained in the sticky.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
