discetionbary trust

ive found a solicitor that will set one up while im living for my physically disabled daughter but they want to charge £750.00 i cant afford that does anyone know of any financial help i can get?

    What assets would you be giving her that you don't already have.
    Speaking in general, personal possessions and a house that she lives in would not affect benefits.

    You could attempt to arrange some sort of finance that would pay the solicitor now, but is payable out of your estate.
    This might be quite expensive.

    i dont even know if this is the best thing to do i want to set one up while im alive so i know my daughter is financially secure i would be be putting a sum of money in she wouldnt be using for living daily expenses, but for unforseen expenses.
