UK APD Changes

Apparently the UK APD ( Departure Tax) is changing from the 1st of April 2015.
Presently the rate for our holiday is £170.00 per passenger for "Standard" APD at band C but after this date it will be £142.00 at the new "Standard" band B rate.
Having already paid for my holiday which departs in June 2015 am I entitled to a refund of the difference in price as the flight will depart after its introduction.

TIA.

The announcement of this change was made in March 2014, and flights from April 2015 will have been priced accordingly since then.

Unless you booked prior to this date, then you will only have been charged the lower rate and no refund is due.
