Yep, read what's being said on Rachieb77's thread which was perhaps the first one to get several opinions today. Also they included a photo of a sign giving a different amount of money that would be charged, so will keep that on record if needed later.
Now is that 'need it later' rainy day! Quite rare to see that from ParkingEye and you NEED it.Is it a £90/£100 discrepancy?
Get that out and dust it off and make it clear that the evidence fails to show that a contract was capable of being agreed for the sum on the PCN, because at least one of the signs does not even state that figure (tell them which sign or attach it to your email/contact or embed it into your word document of comments). As such, regardless of other signs that may not ever have been seen (and there has been no evidence as to where the car actually parked in relation to signs) this case is not comparable to the Beavis case in any way which can favour the operator.
Do not expect WH to do this for you. Spell it out. No contract for £x if a sign in their own evidence pack, says £z.
And quote the Lead Adjudicator, Henry Greenslade, from 'old' POPLA (Annual Reports) as quoted on Rachieb77's thread, where applicable to what you want to say to Wright Hassall.
As this is PE I would not argue the Beavis or GPEOL issue further. Particularly if yours was an overstay in a retail park? Choose the part of the battle to fight, not GPEOL probably unless your case was very different.
Instead, argue about that sign and also if there is any issue with the landowner authority (assuming you included that point in your original appeal). Such as if they have sent an old heavily redacted, blacked out 'contract' dated over a year before, which includes fuzzy wording saying the contract lasts just 12 months...
Look closely again at the evidence pack.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Update. My appeal was 'stayed' pending out come of beavis court hearing in Sept last year and they envisaged I would hear in November 2015. Today I had a letter from Wright Halsall solicitors advising they are independent to hear all appeals and giving me 7 days to.provide any further supporting info.
Given the letter is dated 7th April and it arrived today 11th it's not a fair deadline is it.
I note others members also had letters. So will go do some reading
Wright Hassall cannot be independent as they work for PPC'S, taking innocent people to court, even though they fail.
I wonder how many letters will arrive on the day of the deadline ??
What about people away or on holiday ? it's just another quick fix scam operated by Wright Hassall and approved by the BPA
My advice to anyone thinking about using Wright Hassall for a solicitor service ..... DON'T ? .... if they can scam motorists, what can they do for you ?????
This whole scam industry is a complete mess, the BPA is not worth the paper their logo is written on.

So this was WH acting as POPLA? Now known as WHOPLA to distinguish them from the real POPLA.
Quite a result as many WHOPLAs are going against the motorist - well done. Your upload of the decision letter will be very useful, and gratefully received.
Glass or two tonight? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hello, Great news about the grace period as I overstayed for 12minutes and WH has rejected my appeal. It would be really helpful to see the letter - I could not find it so assume that it is on your to do list...0
