No operator evidence... yet

Afternoon all,
Following the steps outlined in the Newbies sticky, I challenged a PCN issued by JAS Parking Solutions first with the 'company' and then with POPLA.
I received a reply from POPLA on March 3rd stating that they had received my application and evidence, and that I would be sent the operators evidence before the hearing - which is early next month.
I was wondering whether it's normal to have still not heard anything regarding evidence from the operator? The appeal was submitted over 3 weeks ago and I'm wondering whether this could be a sign that the operator has given up or whether it's quite normal for them to reply later within the allowed window?
Thanks.

Either one of the options you've mentioned is possible. Some PPCs wait to the last minute others don't even bother."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

The day after your scheduled "hearing", if you still haven't received the PPC evidence then email POPLA to that effect, saying also that you assume your appeal is upheld.0

Check your junk/spam email files regularly, as often PPC evidence packs automatically go into junk.
Seems these email filters are very clever! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
