Hi All,
Theres lots of stuff on parking tickets so I'll be brief as I am just after some advice.
My partner uses my parents car, and we both parked on a road with FlashPark signs up. Subsiquently 2 Parking Charge Notice's were received. I was going to ignore both until I read the newbies thread. My challange is based on;
a). The sum does not represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss, nor is it a core price term. It is a disguised penalty and not commercially justified.
b). There is no evidence that you have any proprietary interest in the land.
c). There was no consideration nor acceptance flowing from both parties and any contract with myself, or the driver, is denied.
But, I have written this also which I have read on another thread. Does anyone think this is a good idea including in the letters, or not?
d); Flashpark has improperly requested the keepers personal data from the DVLA despite having neither issued a windscreen ticket nor used ANPR cameras.
Thanks all!

Flashpark are a mickey mouse self ticketing operation. For commission someone has taken some photos of yer car. The DVLA wont be bothered by the fact no ticket or ANPR is involved but send your letter. They will reject but must issue you with the code for popla where you will win with legal arguments0
