Quarry tile restoration

My mum has a very old quarry tile kitchen floor, which for years has been covered by lino, carpet and other floor coverings. She has now removed all the floor and is left with the old quarry tiles and is hoping to restore them to degree, in order to make them look better, however because she is elderly she does'nt want to spend too much. Can anyone recommend a paint, cleaner etc? I have googled but to no avail.

Does your mum know anyone who's prepared to spend a few hours on their knee's with a good scrubbing brush and a bucket of soapy water?

Try something from the HG range.

Lithofin do an excellent tile restorer, alternatively LTP or HG both do a product that would suit.

Visit a tile shop rather than a DIY store, and preferably an independent to get the best advice.
