something really horrible has happened to the website

How do we change our settings back to the old type website? Too much white on these pages and gives me a headache and very difficult to read it and find things! Not a change for the better in my opinion.

Actually if I load or refresh a page then I have the old version, but as soon as I use the backup button I get the new version! Between comps I now have to backup and refresh each time! Very annoying!!

I've finally got it changed back... for now.

For the past hour, I've been sad because I was ready to give up comping with the new layout because I was lost. Now I feel content again... for now.

my view hasn't changed. i still see the old one.

the beta testers of the "new" website resolutely agreed that the white was awful and so was the layout.

they didn't listen then? what's the damn point?

I used to be able to jump to a page number, but I don't seem to be able to do that now - can anyone help please?


Also, the white is giving me a headache!

The page numbers are at the top for me. I cant see where I've looked back to though on the old system The writing was feint for the one I had looked at. Now all the same!!! I hope I get used to this soon.

How have you all managed to get the old layout back. I clicked where it said to get it back, but nothing happened :-(

Hi guys not read any official threads but I am assuming the change is due to a technology upgrade? It generally is.

First few days are horrible - they get the basic functionality working but there are ALWAYS things that get missed. And generally most of these will come back in one way or another. But some will be lost forever.

And you know what? We'll get used to it. Because you do. And they'll improve this and tweak it and pretty soon we won't be able to remember what the old interface was like.


Embrace the change because sure as eggs is eggs it won't be rolling back xx

Hating the new look and can't get back to the old version as it isn't letting me. Can't see no tick and x boxes anymore and snaplinks is no longer working. Why do they have to mess around and change things when everything was running along ok before and why have people beta testing the new look site and then ignore what people are saying when the majority say they don't like.
