Tempted to write to PPC - Scotland

You could inadvertently drop yourself in it with one word out of place, you asked for advice, take it. NEVER WRITE, NEVER PHONE in Scotland.0

If you respond in any way at all - they will interpret your communication as you being unsure of the laws of Scotland.
What you actually write and say to them is 100% irrelevant - you responding means that you stay on their mailing list for at the very least another an additional 6 months instead of them giving up after having no response to the usual 5 months of cr*p threats.
So unless you want to still be receiving letters this time next year - do not reply to them - even to tell them that you are not going to pay under any circumstances.
Do not ask why I know this.0 -
:silenced:
Ah now I really want to know how you know!

Okay, taking into account all of your comments, and some excellent advice I just found published by my local trading standards department (even though they don't cover the area the alleged incident is said to have taken place) I'll just leave it for now.
I'll wait for them to show their hand, make a false move, or drop it. Sod them - they're not worth it!0
