Question about Barclaycard Closure

Hello,
Just a quick one... I've closed my Barclaycard account via the online secure messaging service.
The credit limit has disappeared from the screen now so I'm now assuming it's been processed?
Has this happened to others who've terminated their cards with Barclaycard?
Cheers.

It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

Barclay's banking side have a very slow process for closing accounts and so wouldnt be surprised if their credit card side isnt equally as "efficient"0

What response do you have to the online message?
I sent them an online message to close then got a message to call them, which I did, then the closed it.
The credit limit was removed, then a think a couple of weeks the account was no longer visible. All that glitters is not gold.0 -
Thank you for the replies.
I was asked to call the Customer Loyalty Unit and they told me to carry on using the account as I'd be unable to apply with them again for six months.
Fired off another message and ignored the "call the loyalty unit" again.
