7 days as per ebay rules. Send a reminder about 5 days and warn them to either contact you if a problem or pay up. No payment or contact I would hit them with a NPB on day 8 at latest.

I'm more relaxed than most. I'll send messages for a week or two. If there's no reply I'll leave it up to 3 weeks. Some people are slow to pay.
    Happy chappy
  • I usually send a reminder if I don't have payment or any contact within a week. If there's no response to a polite query, I'd send a further reminder a couple of days later, and if that elicits no response then report an unpaid item.
How did the buyer pay last time? If by Paypal, one would tend to expect the same again, but if they're paying by cheque it could be lost or delayed in the post.

Open an unpaid if they're genuine they'll reply and apologise.

Buyer paid by paypal so i have no idea why he has failed to this time!

i sent a reminder after 5 days and again after 8 days, so now i have reported as unpaid.

have i done the right thing? i cant help but feel guilty for doing it! lol
